CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

After completing the payment for your booking, we will confirm the details via email, phone, or message. Guests are required to present this confirmation when checking in.
• Check-in time: After 14:00.
• Check-out time: Before 12:00.
Check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 will be charged 50% of one night’s room rate. Check-out after 18:00 will be charged 100% of one night’s room rate.

Child Policy:

• Under 5 years old: Free of charge.
• 5-7 years old: 15 USD/night (fees included).
• 8 years and older: 30 USD/night (fees included).
• Extra bed: 30 USD/night (fees included).
• The above rates include 5% service charge and tax.

CANCELLATION, ROOM CHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

• One-night fee will be charged for cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival.
• Any cancellation, change, or reduction of stay within 48 hours before arrival, or no-show, or early check-out without prior notice will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
